SHIPPING
At CAMARA, we would like to make your online shopping experience as pleasant and simple as possible, so our shipping methods and policies have been designed to get your order to you quickly and efficiently.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post and DHL, and we only offer Registered STANDARD & EXPRESS Delivery you can request (signature on delivery), we suggest having your order delivered to an address where you will be free to receive your package during delivery period to avoid any inconvenient.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Within Australia)
Domestic orders are shipped with Australia Post.
Free Domestic Standard Shipping is available to all orders over AUD $200.00.

DOMESTIC EXPRESS SHIPPING | APPROX 1-4 BUSINESS DAYS | AUD $15.00

Orders within Australia are sent by Australia Post. Once your package has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number and details via email. Deliveries to Australian addresses can be expected to arrive within 2-6 days from the time of shipment. For regional deliveries, please allow an extra 3-4 days depending on your location.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders are posted via DHL Express and International Australia Post in some cases.
DUTIES & TAXES
Depending on the destination country and purchase value of your order, you may be required to pay duties and taxes. It is the responsibility of the receiver to pay for this charge, not CAMARA.
CAMARA is unable to refund duties and taxes for international orders that are returned.

Deliveries outside of Australia can be expected to arrive within 3-14 days from the time of shipment, depending on your location. Once your package has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number and details via email. We are not responsible for any Duty, VAT or additional taxes that may be charged after the sale for international orders.
Once we have received your order, we will send you an order confirmation email. All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on weekends, and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. Orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Purchases made on weekends, or Australian public holidays will be processed the following business day. If you have purchased a sale item, dispatch is not immediate, the item can take up to 3 days to be shipped.

All orders are packaged in a branded 100% Organic bags.
This will aid in preserving the shape of your garment and avoid it being stretched out of shape.
All our packaging is 100% recyclable including mailers, labels, branding and packing tape.
Not only do they protect your order from being damaged during shipping, but they are easy for you to dispose of ethically and responsibly in your recycling bin.
