RETURNS & REFUNDS

We encourage you to read the full Returns Policy before purchasing.
We want you to love your purchase!
CAMARA is happy to process the return of items purchased under the following
conditions:
 Return request must be made within 7 to 14 days of receiving your order.
 All returns must be posted back to CAMARA within 7 days of receiving the
return approval.
 All returns must arrive back to CAMARA within 14 days from order delivery. If
not, the return will be cancelled.
 Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed
and with original tags attached, with necessary return paperwork.
 Returns that do not include the return paperwork may be rejected and
returned to sender.
 Sale items 50% or up or items purchased during a promotional event are not eligible for refunds we can only offer a store credit or exchange if there is availability .
 Archive/Final Sale items are strictly final sale and are not eligible for a return. 
 Please note, item/s purchased with After pay or sale items more than 45% 
discount cannot be returned for a refund.
 Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping charges for returned
items are the responsibility of the customer.
 Orders placed using a welcome discount code are eligible for refund, store
credit and/or exchange.
CAMARA takes no responsibility for incoming deliveries of a return. We
encourage you to return your item(s) via a trackable postal service, registered
post or express post, as return parcels remain the responsibility of the
customer until received by CAMARA.
PROCESSING YOUR RETURN
Please email info@camara.com.au for return/refund/exchange.
To make a return, please email Info@camara.com.au to request an RA (return
authorisation) number. Please include your name, order number and the item(s)

you’d like to return in the email. We will respond to you within 24-48 hours and
provide return and shipping instructions. We do not cover the cost of returns. 

We endeavour to process returns daily, but please allow up to 3-5 business days for
your return to be processed. You will receive notification when your return has been
successfully completed.
Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment. Refunds can take
several business days to reflect on your statement depending on your payment
provider.
Please note, item/s purchased with After pay or sale items cannot be returned for a
refund.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

CAMARA will not be responsible for return shipping costs or duty reimbursement in
the case of international purchases (other than faulty items).
CAMARA reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet our returns policy.

EXCHANGE

Exchanges will be processed pending inventory availability and will be dispatched at
no additional shipping charges for full priced items. Please note, if an exchange
cannot be processed due to insufficient inventory, a refund or credit note will be
provided automatically. 
No exchange or refund on discounted items. Please make sure to double check
sizes and measurement before buying anything or send an email to
info@camara.com.au for more information. We will be more than happy to help you
to choose good size for you.
A request for an exchange or return must be submitted within 7 to 14 days of receiving

garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be
refused.

CAMARA pieces are carefully and well-made and inspected for any flaws before
packaging. We will only replace, repair or refund due to a manufacturing fault but not
normal wear and tear. Please follow the care instructions. Goods damaged due to
the buyers’ negligence will not be accepted for refund.
Any unauthorized returns or undelivered parcels will be refused, and the item(s) will
be returned to sender. 
CAMARA monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return
policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Sale Items
Items discounted from their original price and maximum 45% discount are eligible to
be returned for exchange if there is available items or store credit. If items not
available, we will provide score credit if possible. This includes items purchased
using a discount or promotional code during flash sales. This does not include the
newsletter signup promotion. Any items purchased with more than 45% or final sale
are not refundable.

FAULTY

If you have received a product with a manufacturing fault, please contact us via
email at info@camara.com.au as soon as you receive your order. You will then be
required to provide a detailed description and images of the damage, defect or fault
for preliminary assessment.
If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault by our Garment Technician,
you will receive a prepaid return postage label.
We will replace the product for you. A refund or credit note will only be processed if
the item cannot be replaced.
If the product is found not to have a defect or deemed out of warranty, we will ship
the product back to you.
It does not constitute a defect, if in the reasonable opinion of our Garment
Technician, the product has, following the sale to you, become of unacceptable
quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse or failure to use or wash in accordance with
the Care Instructions.
At CAMARA we test all our garments. We customise all care labels with tailored care
instructions and maintenance for each garment.
PILLING: Some yarns are prone to pilling with wear. The degree of pilling can
depend on various factors including the action of the wearer or the garment
encountering another abrasive surface or fabric. If pilling does form, it can be easily
removed by hand or a de-pilling device.

PULLS: Pulls in the yarn can occur when the garment meets rough surfaces or
jewellery. CAMARA recommends repairing any pulls on knitwear to avoid further
damage

SALE ITEMS

Items discounted (welcome discount and any discount less than 20%) from their
original price are eligible to be returned for exchange, refund or store credit only.
This does not include items purchased using a discount or promotional code during
flash sales.

FINAL SALE

All products marked 50 %, FINAL SALE or part of an End of Season/End of Year
Sale are final with a strict no refund, we can exchange if there is size availability.
It is the customers responsibility to choose carefully before purchasing. Any other
discount code or promotional offer cannot be used in conjunction with Final Sale
purchases.
Nothing in these terms and conditions exclude your rights under the Australian
Consumer Law.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 No cancellations, changes or refunds can be made once an order has been
placed and payment has been processed.
 If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact
info@camara.com.au immediately. If your order has already been shipped,
CAMARA accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.
